Directors:
Rafael Veraza Sr.
Rafael has over 40 years of experience in the insurance and risk management market. He has served as advisor and consultant for major auto-industry, hotel chains, mines and oil and gas corporations in Latin America and in the U.S. Rafael was the founding member of the RIMS Association in Mexico, and has worked with the United Nations on risk mitigation and management of natural disaster crises. In addition, Rafael currently serves on the board of Directors for Insignia Life in Mexico and serves as an advisor for risk management strategies to multinational corporations and individuals.
Rafael Veraza Jr.
Rafael Jr has spent most of his early career working with non-profit organizations, international organizations such as the WHO, UNICEF, Rotary International, Caritas Internationalis, and the biotechnology industry. Rafa Jr. brings to Global Direction expertise in non-profit organizations and biotechnology industry in order to offer risk management tools that are specially suited to the needs of non-profits, individuals that want to donate to non-profits, and biotechnology industry entrepreneurs in order to mitigate risks involved in the development and commercialization of new technology.
